Do you want to play a key role in the development and profitability of a company with strong traditions and a unique product for infrastructure, construction, and water management? Are you able to work in detail on a day-to-day level while maintain an overview on a strategic level? Do you have a strong general business understanding and experience with controlling and reporting from an international group? Then you could be the Finance Manager we are currently seeking on behalf of Leca Danmark A/S.
As a Finance Manager you will be member of the Management Team of Leca Danmark with reference to Leca International. The primary purpose of your function is to ensure that all financial transactions are carried out in accordance with the guidelines of global group Saint-Gobain of which Leca Danmark is a part and to ensure that information and analysis are available to develop and increase profitability of the business.
You will be the administrative manager for a small finance and administration team. Your responsibilities include the development and optimization of the company’s ERP solution, and you will be a key employee in the carve our process of Leca. Furthermore, you will be accountable for financial and business controlling of the company’s activities, ensuring correct and timely reporting, well-functioning workflows, and effective and accurate forecasting and budgeting. Your activities also include analysis and cost control to ensure margin improvements and increased productivity, follow-up on Capex, GAP analysis, item creation and master data maintenance.
Experienced and accommodating with a strong general business understanding
Your academic background includes education at master’s level, e.g., Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration and Auditing. Your experience includes controlling and reporting from an international group and high-level IT skills within MS Office, ERP, and Business Intelligence. As a person you are open, accommodating, conscientious, dedicated, and adaptable. You have solid English skills, both verbally and written and a strong general business understanding. Attention to detail is natural to you while maintaining a strategic overview and you can work proactively with the management team to deliver continuous improvements in performance.
